Refund Policy

At Threadhalo, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be returned in its original packaging with all parts, accessories, manuals, and included components.

To start a return, please contact us at support@threadhalo.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • All parts, accessories, installation hardware, manuals, and components must be included.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Items that have been installed, used, scratched, damaged, modified, or returned with missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order carefully when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@threadhalo.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

  • A brief description of the problem

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Installed or used faucets, sinks, shower systems, or fixtures

  • Items damaged due to improper installation, misuse, cleaning, storage, or handling

  • Items with missing accessories, parts, manuals, or packaging

  • Customized, modified, or altered products

  • Clearance, final sale, or items marked as non-returnable

  • Gift cards

  • Returns sent without prior approval

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Threadhalo is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

Return Inspection

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm that it meets the return requirements.

If the return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

If the item is not eligible for a refund due to use, installation, damage, missing parts, or other policy violations, the refund may be denied or partially reduced.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing required components.

If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@threadhalo.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item, you may request a return after receiving it, provided it meets the return eligibility requirements.

Missing Parts

If your order arrives with missing parts or accessories, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, photos of the received items, and a description of the missing parts. Once confirmed, we may send the missing parts or provide another suitable solution.
