Free Shipping

For orders under the free shipping threshold, shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout, when applicable.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to available regions shown at checkout. If your address is not accepted during checkout, we may not be able to ship to your location at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after the shipping confirmation is sent. Some carriers may take additional time to scan and update tracking details.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product size, warehouse availability, or carrier requirements.

If your items arrive in separate packages, you will not be charged additional shipping fees beyond what was shown at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@threadhalo.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed. Threadhalo is not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Threadhalo is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but lost or stolen after delivery.

If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first for the most accurate delivery information. You may also contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Items During Shipping

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@threadhalo.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the outer packaging

  • Photos of the shipping label

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Order Cancellations
